Reservation & Procedure
DEPOSIT: A Deposit of $250 is required to secure your Reservation (Deposit is Non-Refundable).
The remaining balance MUST BE PAID upon arrival.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 pm. **Balance is due at time of check-in.**
Please book your flight accordingly.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 am. There is a late check out fee of $75.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Deposit is valid for up to 12 months. ALL deposits are non-refundable.
If there are any changes to your surgery date, please inform us as soon as possible to accommodate your new surgery date.

To protect our Goddesses and personnel we only provide the address the day of arrival to the Retreat.

Visitation
Due to Covid-19 visitation is limited to 1 adult and 1 child at a time for a maximum of 1 hr. Visitation hours are from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. All guests must present a negative Covid test prior to arrival. No friends or family members are allowed to stay at the facility unless they reserved their space prior to arrival.

Pre-op & Post-op Appointments
Appointment times must be communicated before 8:00 pm the night before to accommodate your departure from the property and your arrival to your appointment in a timely manner. Make sure to be ready 1 hour and half prior to your scheduled appointment.
An attempt will be made to accommodate same day appointments, however, they are not guaranteed. Any transportation outside of your package will incur additional fees.
